Many of my patients get rid of their unwanted behaviors, thoughts and beliefs, step by step, layer by layer . Many times after a change, you discover another layer, more behaviors, thoughts and beliefs. The process usually begins by removing the imprint of parents or someone else in our lives, significant to us, thought and/ or belief. Then we find that although we have removed the imprint, and the behavior, thought, and/ or belief do not exist at the level of identity, the habit still exists, still automatically triggered, and then the undesirable habit can be taken care of. Removing these layers can be only the beginning, revealing new behaviors, thoughts and beliefs that should be removed. It is a cyclical process that ends with relief, one can continue life easier, more flowing. The process brings us joy, success, and peace.
