Feeling that it gives me the right to release my thoughts during the day to unconscious thoughts, criticizing, negative.
And then I realized that every thought creates reality, and quantity exceeds quality.
Not just 'thought' and 'important' have the same root in Hebrew.
I began to identify patterns of thinking, to improve, to track, to change negative to positive.
It changed my reality for the better.
